These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNShort. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before creating an account or using the service. If you have questions about subscription rules, contact support through a ticket in the user panel. If you do not accept these terms, stop using the service.
Service Scope
VPNShort provides international route connections and subscription management, covering 120+ countries / 240+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes available to you are shown in the user panel. Regional coverage does not mean that every region offers the same route types.
The service provides network connectivity; it does not include accounts, content licenses, or usage rights for third-party websites or apps. When accessing international websites, you must still follow the terms of the services you visit. Routes, clients, and subscription access points may change during maintenance. A region name alone does not guarantee that a particular third-party service will be available.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; you only need a username and password. Keep your password and subscription link secure. A subscription link is an access credential and should not be published publicly, submitted to public repositories, or handled by untrusted tools. If you discover that credentials have been exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and manage your subscription credentials through the panel.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time for the account holder's own use across different devices. This does not permit sharing an account with others, reselling a subscription, or offering routes as a public access service. Do not rent out or transfer access credentials, or use automation to interfere with other users' connections.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the Plans page for prices and data allowances. Before payment, check your selected plan, billing method, and data allowance.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in the regions relevant to your use of the service. You must not use the service for unlawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes network attacks, distributing malicious software, stealing data, fraud, intellectual property infringement, and other acts that violate others' legal rights.
Do not access another person's systems without authorization, misuse network resources, or disrupt the service with abnormal requests. You are responsible for confirming that the content you access and the way you use the service are lawful. Network connectivity does not grant permission for any particular use or constitute legal advice.
Availability and Liability
Connection performance depends on your local network, device configuration, international links, and the status of the services you access. Maintenance, network failures, or changes to third-party rules may interrupt connections, affect speeds, or make some services inaccessible. VPNShort does not guarantee a fixed speed, continuous availability, or uninterrupted access to third-party content.
If you encounter a problem, first consult the Troubleshooting Guide, then submit a ticket describing your device platform, when the issue occurred, and what error you saw. Please hide your password and full subscription link when submitting information. For third-party service outages and issues caused by your own configuration, support is limited to verifiable connection problems. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Payments and Refunds
You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the ticket portal. Include the relevant order information so the payment can be verified. You do not need to provide a reason.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Refund processing requires verification of the order and payment records. Progress will be discussed through the ticket, and no unconfirmed processing time is promised. Keep your order receipt, and do not post sensitive payment information on public pages. The refund policy is not excluded by any general disclaimer elsewhere on this page.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If you breach these terms by engaging in unlawful use, reselling or sharing a subscription with others, or deliberately disrupting the service, VPNShort may restrict the relevant connections, suspend your account, or terminate it, depending on the circumstances. If you believe a decision was made in error, submit an explanation through a ticket and request a review. Such actions do not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the revised terms and the month of the latest update. Important changes affecting usage rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce refund commitments already made. Review the updated terms before continuing to use the service. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket.
